    Attendance Rates Dropping in Whitethorn as SoHum Unified Teachers Request Cost of Living Adjustments

    During last week’s Board Meeting, Superintendent Boyd warned that dropping attendance rates at Whitethorn Elementary could further reduce that school’s funding for teachers.
