    Tompkins County Public Health Director and Mental Health Commissioner Frank Kruppa is warning of fentanyl in street drugs. According to the Ithaca Voice, Kruppa said Fentanyl is “in all street drugs”  including marijuana and that users should “assume” the drug’s presence.
